Conference Lunches and Receptions

PLEASE NOTE

The local organizers have arranged catering for lunches and receptions. It is very important that you sign up for these lunches and receptions in advance so that we can be sure to have the right amount of food and drink available. The conference is being held during a local holiday and so many of the local merchants, bars, and restaurants may be closed. We have arranged a separate conference lunch and reception on-line registration to help us keep track of numbers. Payment for lunches will be made on-site rather than via this web-based registration form.

Please note that the deadline for lunch and reception registration is 17 June.
