- Added four-story wing on the west side of the building
- Renovated the remaining part of the building
- Enlarged the auditorium
- Moved the terrace orientation from east to west, to overlook San Luca and Due Torri
- Added seminar rooms on the terrace level
- Added second elevator
Phase II was scheduled to stop in October for the academic year, but the work had progressed so well that Phase III was initiated and completed. The overall project was eight months ahead of time and within budget.
