The Office of Student Services assists students with living and studying in Bologna.
Student Services:-
Conducts the Orientation program, the students' introduction to the Bologna Center and to Bologna
- Organizes student government and other elections
- Assists student government with its activities
- Provides liaison with the University of Bologna and the Bologna community
- Runs the Washington orientation program
- Deals with issues concerning the Honor Code and sexual harassment.
Students Services also helps students adapt to the Bologna community, including medical referrals, and aids students in times of crisis, in understanding a new culture, and in discovering the cultural, social and volunteer opportunities in Bologna.
The Student Services coordinator also serves as Academic Coordinator, providing advising for all students. Questions concerning the academic program, teaching, grading and exams are first referred to this office. This office also deals with issues concerning the Honor Code and sexual harassment.

The Bologna Center, above all, prides itself in being easily accessible to students with an open-door policy throughout the day. Other offices providing services include

Business Office handles tuition, student worker payrolls and all other financial affairs
- Alumni Office helps students with the alumni database and connects them with alumni in their home city or place of future employment
- Development Office provides financial aid information and helps fellowship recipients thank their donors, publicize their fellowships and seek methods of funding for their second year in Washington.
- IT Office oversees all technology-related matters for the Bologna Center, including extensive computer lab assistance, and wi-fi and email services
- Communications Office helps students publish school-related information on the internal web
- Students are also served by Career Services, Admissions and Registrar’s Offices
